Training Expectations:

You must achieve an 80% or better score in all quizzes and the final exam in order to pass this self paced certification course. If you do not pass a quiz, remedial material will be presented on those topics that you scored poorly on. You are then presented with an opportunity to take a new quiz. You are not penalized for retaking a quiz after reviewing the remedial material. In fact, you can retake the exams an unlimited number of times. Our ultimate goal is to assist you in the comprehension of the material. If you take your time, you will learn a lot about managing multiple projects and the world of the PMO.

About the Course Designers:

Steven C. Rollins, MBA, PMP, PMOC, is a project delivery specialist with 25+ years of industry program and project deliveryexperience; including 20+ years managing programs and projects, and 10 years in process improvement. Steve managed project teams of 400+ performing services within the financial services, government healthcare, telecommunications, consulting, and manufacturing industries. He implemented and established PMOs at the enterprise and program level. He is an experienced program/project management trainer, mentor, and professional speaker. Steve instructed more than 3,000 personnel in total quality management as well as 10,000+ in PMP preparation and program/project management office coursework.


Gerald I. Kendall, PMP, has over 30 years of related experience and is President of MarketKey, Inc., a consulting firm that specializes in the fields of project management and constraints management (TOC). He is a noted author, management consultant, public speaker, and training expert.
